Cyber Ballet Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
At Cyber Ballet, our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your enrollment, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your course registration must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was purchased. Once you access course content, the registration is considered used.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from our refund policy:

  • Access to online courses or training modules that have been initiated or completed.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable digital content.

Proof of Purchase
To process your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your request back to the instructor.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Courses or materials that show discernible signs of use.
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Any registration that is not in its original condition or is missing components due to reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the date of purchase.

Refund Process
Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a designated timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Should you still not see your refund after these steps, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Sale Items
Only regular-priced courses are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same course, please contact us at [email protected].

Gifts
If the course was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the original item, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.

If the course was not marked as a gift during purchase or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.
